I've heard there's one in Arroyo Hondo. Could anyone provide a little help?

Location?
Rates?
Hours?
Do they supply lender clubs?

thanks in advance

There's a driving range in Isabel Villa (Part of Arroyo Hondo), they also have a 9 hole par 3 course, some years ago even operated at night with floodlight.
The rates I don't know, neither the availability of clubs, I never used it.

Isabel Villa's charges RD$100 for a bucket of balls.
It has flood lights and is open until 10 pm.

It's not that easy to find and pretty hard to explain in words.

1) Go to the Super Mercado Nacional in Arroyo Hondo.
2) Take the road that runs in front of Nacional and drive NE or away from the city.
If the road starts to get twisty and go downhill, then your going in the right direction.
3) Take the first right after the river, it runs alongside the river actually.
If you pass a gas station (Teaxco) on your left, then you have gone to far.
4) Follow that road straight and at the fork take the right side.
5) Keep going straight until you come to a security gate. This is the entrance to Isabel Villa.
Just ask them for the "campo de golf".

That's it :)
