I expect the gangs to be drone ready soon.
Fortunately not.
In addition to the drones, the following is needed:
Training, a stable radio network, remote controls, batteries, electricity, spare parts, maintenance, and possibly explosives.
Modern drones are easy to obtain. But unlike in Colombia, for example, the gangs in Haiti are rarely capable of using a drone more than once.

Time will tell if gangs can get some good fighting drones. If there is cash to pay for them, anything is possible.
If the good guys can use drones already in Haiti, then why can't the bad guys. Stable networks and all.

Because to my observations of pictures and videos of the bad guys in Haiti a drone will not survive 10 minutes after unpacking. Even if someone manages to get one to take off it will be in the air only a few seconds.
From reading in telegram news channels about the current war with drones it takes time and skill to master drones to the point that mission goals are achived.
