Hi, I have found out something about this from someone that is going through the process and it is not good. From what I understand it is on major hold now. I would still apply but be prepared to wait months if not more. As you can see the welcome here is not so great. I was called a suck poppet for asking about this. I just wanted to answer your question before I deleted my account.

Hey - why you say will take months if it's says "Another update, we are still gathering resumes and interviewing for position February 1 2013" then i think hires will start on 1st february which is 10days not a months...

It's seems i'm too late to apply for this job

it cost you nothing to apply. from what i understand they are not hiring right now but it does not hurt to send them a resume for any future jobs.
