Can anyone recommend a doctor that is capable of this procedure?

Have you tried pouring hydrogen peroxide in the ear?

Pour it in and leave it until it stops fizzing, then repeat a couple of times. Feels good, and loosens ear wax so it comes right out.

LOL JD! Thanks for the suggestion but I'll leave it to the doctors! hahaha...can't stop laughing!

DJ Jones good advice
We have done that for years. When we scuba dived we would get a build up of sand and wax in our ears which we used a syringe with warm water to melt the wax and flush it out.
