Banco Santa Cruz is usually the best, the Cambio one door to the right of Sosua Life matches their rate if you ask.

I was one of the people keeping this going, but stepped back in order that other residents could also contribute to the thread. I'm sure that now you have asked, someone will step up to the plate. Was your main interest in the sterling exchange rate, or did you want Euros as well?

Just to keep people informed, Victor's cambio has now closed, one of the many businesses in PP to have closed recently.

Thanks for response Lambada, it would be good to have both GBP and Euro as unfortunately right now the Euro is worth more than GBP!

This morning at RUSA's, Puerto Plata - 51.8 pesos to the Euro and 56 to the pound sterling.
