In the January 28, 2023 edition of El Caribe newspaper, on page 10 is a small article about the expat Werner Hübert Marchenbeck (59 years old.) He was given 3 months in preventive jail on a presume charge of filming children doing sexual acts. He lived in Costambar, Puerto Plata and the home used for his filming was in this neighborhood with children he lured from nearby barrios.

The same article also mention of a Luis Pichardo arrested in Santiago for sexually abusing a kid.

This Guy better hangs himself ! Being in a DR Jail as "Gringo" abusing local Children...... oh oh. And the "best thing" are the dominican "privacy rights", whoever will google his name will find this story. Enternal Justice if this Guy is Guilty. But it scares me to dead if this guy is inocent !

As if there aren't enough Dominican men abusing children already. Sounds like he thought he'd found a nice quiet place to abuse young children. He thought wrong. An Italian was arrested in PP last year for abusing young girls and claimed he wasn't doing anything wrong because he had the mother's consent. What's with these foreign scumbags up in Puerto Plata. A few of those bars on the eastside of the beach road strip cater to this crowd. They need to step up and do a much better job of policing their own.

There's nothing as evil as destroying a child's soul by sexually abusing them. Child molesters and people who torture animals are scum. Less than scum. They should all be un-alive'd or sent to an island where they can Lord of the Flies each other. One can only hope that vigilante justice will be served in this case.

Is there a specific agency to report this type of crime to?
I doubt the local goons would care more than the 250 pesos these old men offer them to go away.
