Most of the north coast of the DR wasn’t covered with a doppler radar until now. I think this covers the Santiago area too, in fact much of the Cibao.

Finally the North Coast has a doppler radar
probably bought from some local US TV station that originally bought it in the 1980's, doubt it's latest technology
