Damn I must be living in a time warp, have lived and worked here for almost 20 years, and have yet to come across a Dominican that I would say HATES Americans, or almost any other Nationality for that matter. Dislike some people but to say Hates a nationality that's a stretch. Most Dominicans don't really HATE anyone.

I was a given a ticket while driving on a Canadian driving license, - can't find it in that database (and no, I didn't pay it nor have any intention to do so). I sort of doubt they can even enter that ticket into the system since I don't have a cedula to tie it up. Turns out there are benefits on driving on a foreign license...
