well I called them last year both at their NY number and at thier Santiago number, and spoke to people that knew english....the issue for me was that they would deliver the flower in a 2 day span PROBABLY!!!!!!!!


PROBABLY??????? what does that mean??

they would nto guarantee the flowers would get there feb 14th nor would they guarantee they would even get there by the 16th....

I wanted them deliver in a window of time about 2 hours while my GF was in school.....very easy for them and close....

they said they would deliver when they got a chance BETWEEN the hours of 10 am to 6 pm...and they would try for the day i asked.
