Freezing aguacates (avocados) question.

this means you have tons of aguacates(avocadoes) right now???
maybe you should get yourself a cart and go down La Calle Del Sol and sell them. That reminds me as a child, my father had a whole bunch of avocado plants in his fields and we would eat avocado three times a day for weeks when they were in season. I still love them.

Up here in Canada you can buy frozen Guacamole from Mexico, Its got a nice colour and good taste, (like fresh)
