From Rio San Juan to Reserva Cientifica Ebano Verde

I would like to know, if I am in Rio San Juan, which road is better to reach Ebano Verde in Constanza: Nagua- san francisco or Santiago- la vega?

from rio san juan it is probably a little faster to take the road to santiago and then head to constanza from there. you could also take the road through "la loma" and it would be a little faster, too.
