Getting Passport in Higuey

Hi,
Does anybody know where a dominican person can get a passport.
In higuey is a justice (government)building located (calle J.A. Santana). Is it there possible to get one?
What are the costs for a passport?

At my knowledge in Higuey the Justice building is located in the calle Augustin Guerrero and you cannot get a passport there. You have to go to San Pedro de Macoris or La Romana (If I Recall well it's San Pedro).

Do you now the exact direction (street) there?

Sorry, I don't know the name of the Street. I remember it was a big government building and in a big & noisy (lots of cars trucks and conchos)street.
