There is a lot of bad news coming out of Haiti and through one of those recent bad news I noticed something good in Port-au-Prince.
When the story broke out of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH, aka the Central Bank), I noticed that the actual building of the BRH isn’t particularly charming. However, the building across the street, which I think belongs to the BRH too, is simply quite a work of art. It also looks new probably because it is.
What other Haitian buildings are noted for their architecture?
What architect(s) designed this one? It certainly looks nicer than its Dominican counterpart (Auditorium of the Central Bank of the DR.)
