I get like 2/3 hours worth of water a day.
And they want to know how to educate in order to avoid waste. Has any one seen how dominicans use water?? Everything is washed with 6 times the needed amount.....ceramic, walls, ciment, u name it. My wife hoses down incastrated " vitrine" in the house to wash it, I kid u not.
Soon haiti will be asking the swiss how to avoid dirty money, and the americans how to stop obesity.....
