Maybe the world will just boycott the 2028 Summer Olympics. Who wants to go the US anyway.

I have no problem going to the USA. I am not going this year, yet, but in the fall we might do the Blue Ridge Mountains trail, or part of it. Maybe visit my wife's cousin in Eastern Texas, or CB in his new home.

My freshmen year in high school was spent in Monroe, close to Lynchburg. Beautiful area. I was just too young to appreciate it.

The latest Trump decree blocking Haitian entry could increase Haitian immigration requests into Canada. When he rescinded their temporary protection status during his first administration, many tried to flee to Canada through the Vermont Quebec border. Almost all were bussed back to the US. A handful had Canadian sponsors and were granted asylum.
