He has been AWOL for a while now..... my favorite stalker/lurker

How does this work ? What are the requirements to come back from the “dead” like that and make this kind of comeback .

recently-
During the last 4 days the positivity in La Altagracia (East Coast) has been 37% with 201 new cases. In Puerto Plata the positivity has been 39% with only 175 tests during this period - which is very low for such a populated province. Samana has only had 13 tests and all positive - even worse (it is one of the low risk provinces btw for curfew).

But YES... it says low risk curfew..... so....

I posted a light hearted response and it was deleted. Apologies, I forgot this thread is for residents only. Now that the OT thread has been removed, maybe you can think about broadening the criteria for this thread to include long time winter snowbirds. Other than dealing with the trials and tribulations of owning a home, many of us have just as much experience to share about daily life in the DR.
