Dominican Goverment's/national websites

I am interested in learning more about the national programs in the Dominican Republic. I am writing a paper on Technical assistant to developing countries. I would appreciate any information on the Dominican infrastructure supporting public health programs.

Yes, the DR's Health Ministry has a website, but at the moment it has no content -- just a colorful intro page. The site address is:
