Are the HA in Cabarete going to be a problem?
Well, as mentioned before, they have been there for several years and there have been no problems, so it should be safe to say that they are not planning on starting any trouble, don't you think?

Do they cause a problem in Cabarete, which was where the OP was going with this, I believe?

The ex-pats that live in the area have clearly stated that they do not. They should know - they live there and would have witnessed something by now. We could go round and round and site numerous criminal activities and busts forever, but what is the point? Question has been asked and answered ad nauseum.

Hells Angels in Cabarete have been around for years. They seem to lay low although I heard that "Las Brisas" closed because of them.

i am from montreal and these guys are no angel, but in DR they are really lowprofile (aside from the patch) the good thing is that they come and spend the dirty money in a 3rd world country. and they spend way more than the usual expat..
