I see now that you are dealing with CPS. I talked about EPS As someone said, there are so many. I guess you will be trying a new one? I do recommend either EPS or Vimenpaq. They have been done well for us for the last couple years.

Highly recommend Vimenpaq. Their online system is very good. And (I believe) they are located wherever there is a Western Union.

The end of the story is that I went to CPS to pick it up and they had lost the package. It took them 90 mins to find it. No word of an apology. Never again

Actually my guy at Gispaq brought my first package round last night (Saturday evening, nice service). I like that I can whatsapp him and he replies straight away, and he has matched the corporate rates I was getting from CPS, which he says were very low. As with all things in DR, it helps a great deal if you know someone personally who can help you.
