I am selling a set (2) of vintage table lamps. Flexible application, good for any living space. Also for nightstand or end table.

High quality bronze material.

Stiffel brand.

Lamps located in city of Santiago.

Asking US$50 for each one or US$80 for the set.

I am going to say that there are very few here who would know the collectability of an antique Stifflel lamp(s), or any antique for that matter. If you have a Hepplewhite desk to place them on PM me. If you can get them to N.Y you will get that and more. Good luck.

Thank you for vote of confidence that I am not overpriced!

Actually I am pricing them well under new lighting options in general at Ochoa. I have always been surprised at how expensive lighting products are here in DR for average to low quality.

Unfortunately no plans to travel stateside soon.

I know exactly what they are. I wouldn't consider myself a collector but prior to losing my house during Katrina I owed several antique pieces of furniture designed by Charles Eames, George Nelson and Arne Jacobsen. I also had a rare antique two piece set of Bjorn Winnbald table lamps that I had rewired/ converted from the 220v C-plugs to the USA 120v A-plugs.

Feels like a lifetime ago. Santiago lays within an natural disaster/ earthquake zone so I've decided against spending more than necessary to furnish my current apartment. Ikea, Casa Cuesta, Aliss and Ochoa worked just fine.

Those are nice lamps. I've no doubt someone will snatch them up for that price.

Thank you for this post. I actually have some Stiffel lamps (rather my mother) along with other "brass lamps". There are many out there that cherish these types of items, me included. Cristo...your post is so interesting, sorry for your loss in Katrina.
