We got this information from the Juan Perdomo Home Building company
which executed the home building project from the arquisition till the completion of the house.

Juan Perdomo is amoung other things a home building company und Guido Perdomo his brother is an attorney. During the constuction phase we ourself had no big problems and we where satisfied with the clearing and settlement.
Mr. Martin Haase was our contact person and he did a good job.
But after completion of the house we had big problems with our property managment and the security service for the housing area- and at the moment to get the title.

We didn't build an office but an usual house in a new developed area. Juan Perdomo was our real estate broker and did also the complete clearing and settlement. The "BUILDER" wasn't Lulo but Hache.

Ah, so let me get this straight. Hache was the builder and you thought that he should provide you with good title?

Hache is about the best builder in this area although I don't know if the biggest. I would be surprised to hear you had a problem with him since he enjoys a good reputation.

Where did you build the house if you don't mind me asking. Hache is building a bunch of homes where I am planning to build in Lomas Mironas. Perdomo was the developer of Lomas.

Scott, just because you have issues with Perdomo, don't bad mouth him all over the board. Many people have done business with him and are very happy. If you have something factual, specifically relating to you and that would stand up in a court of law, no problem, go right ahead in a new thread.

Anymore bashing posts, without specific evidence will be removed.

Let's move on...

How do you post evidence Robert? You want to take depositions? You just looking to protect an advertiser?

You know we have lost advertisers and money because of a stance we have made or what posters have said on DR1.

We have no problem loosing clients or taking the heat because a poster or DR1 has posted that a particular business has screwed up or screwing people.

What we will not allow is people using DR1 to try and gain some leverage against someone or some business without laying out all the facts in great detail.

It's DR1 they sue when they get angry, it's DR1 that looses income and it's DR1 they chase down, not you or the person posting.

I was on topic Robert and was trying to clarify what the op was saying since it wasn't meshing. I was encouraging her to tell what it is about.

She refered to the builder who ends up being Hache yet she said that Perdomo Home builders was the builder.

I was unclear about who she is having a problem with. She in her first post said I believe she was having a problem with the most important home builder on the North Coast.

Then you jump on me about problems I am having with Perdomo. Don't make statements like that Robert if you don't want to discuss them.

Actually the poster was asking about it being 7 months that she is waiting for her title. I am waiting almost 8 months for title to an apartment I bought through Juan Perdomo with Guido Perdomo as the attorney. I am confident that I will have it soon and that they are reputable people. My understanding is that the government has been moving their office this month and I think that Guido is swamped with business at this time. Others have been having similar problems. - D

I believe that Guido is a reputable attorney and use him all the time.

Hache build the house and we hadn't no problems with him - he did a good job!
Juan Perdomo has transacted the komplete business from the beginnin til
the final completion. We hadn't also no problems. Only now with the title.

In October 2003 we signed the purchase contract with Juan Perdomo - we built the house through Hache (but Juan Perdomo had the construction supervision from June 2004 til January 2005 - and we will got or title through Guido Perdomo. We had no problems during the construction time neither with Juan Perdomo nor with Hache. But now we had the problem to got our title and therefore I asked is it standard to wait such a long time????

I don't think it is standard to wait almost 2 years for a title.

I bought a condo. I never received a title. notario: Guido Perdomo.
After one year I sold the condo and bought another.
I received the title of the 2nd condo 3 months later. Notario : Evander Campana.

I just notice this conversation and would like to make some observaciones. I think that most of tke lawyers use the same excuse for delays, the office just moved. That is not truth because I myself visit in this very same office just the second day open and that was more than year ago.
Went to the office to try to get my title done after wait of more than one year that one so called lawyer would make it done. After I demanded him to explain the reasons of delay he had to confess that the papers were not even deposited yet. I had paid the taxes and fees and may be he had used the money and were not able to pay taxes needed to deposit. Then we went together to the office and I demanded to continue by myself to know exactly what is going on. It still took couple of month and several phonecalls and visits in the office but now I have it.
