Pumpkin are amazing to grow here - grow very quickly. But remember according to the locals if you point at them with your finger they will die!!!! And once you know you musn't it's very hard not to. I thought it was if you touched them, but I am assured by the Haitians it is even if you point at them and they can see (!!!!) your finger!
