Hotel Advice_Monument Area_Santiago

Hi all,

Well, I'll be arriving in the DR next week for 5 weeks. This trip I'd like to spend a few days in Santiago, which I've never done before.

I beg your indulgence, as I have a few questions to ask of you all:

1) Where do I catch the bus in Sosua to go to Santiago and how how does ir run? How much is the cost?

2) I want a inexpensive hotel near the monument area that is chica-friendly. Which would be my best choice, The Aloha Sol, The Matum, or the Hotel Monumento?

3) Has anyone ever stayed at the Hotel Monumento? I can't find any reviews or even a contact number for it....

Your best choice will be Alberto's suite located on Calle Vicente Estrella esquina DR. Eldom Los Pepines Santiago.
