Como repatriar capital/beneficios?

Estimados:
Me gustaria saber como repatriar los beneficios de mi sociedad aqui en Republica Dominicana a Espa?a, sin que tribute dos veces. Se que entre Republica Dominicana y Espa?a no hay convenio, pero si entre Republica Dominicana y Canada. Si es asi hay alguien que sepa como hacer, a cuanto tributa, si montar una sucursal, abri una cuenta en canada, etc. Agradezco la ayuda. Saludos.:cheeky:

Might it be possible to do this using a Dominican bank with specific ties to a Spanish bank? For example I know with BHD bank one can have an offshore account in Panama (in US$) because I have one. BHD have/are subsidiaries or part owned by Banco Sabadell (in Spain).
