Augustus, I must of struck a nerve. If some of you guys can't take a joke or read everything so damn literally that you feel you can't see the humor in something or everything has to be spelled out for you then I don't know what to tell you.

Hey, even Tony's little old grandma, 84, who lives HERE in the US...but was there visiting, asked him for money to go to the salon as soon as we got there!!!! That same day!!! The thing is most people here cannot get any good looking, young girls in The US for whatever reason (have no game, are too old - Over 40, are cheap, etc) so they go to The DR where they can have the best times of their lives and they still complain about having to spend some money.
Now I do agree that, out of principle, it's one thing to pay for stuff and another to be taken for a fool, but even if you are taken for a fool consider it a great value for your money. What are you going to get in The US or Canada for spending a couple of hundred USD's with a girl? if she's a good girl maybe a "Thanks I had a nice time...", if she's a ho maybe about 1/2 hour of not so great sex. In The DR that could take you a loonngg way...
Example I have a friend who's single, about 33 years old and makes very good money. He has a bunch of other friends in pretty much the same situation (they all make quite a bit of money). Almost every weekend you can find these guys spending hundreds of dollars on drinks for themselves and for girls in the "hip" bars they attend. These girls, although decent looking are not stunners as you'd find in a similar bar in The DR. I've gone out with them several times and most often (actually now that I think of it every time) the night ends at 2:00 AM going home alone with nothing, but a good buzz to show for all their money spent.
I took my friend to The DR once for a short weekend and he had more poon in the three days he was down there than he'd had in months, and this was with Dominican "good girls"...
