I was put in touch with a couple of ladies from the Netherlands who together run a buisness, one in property and the other specialises in helping people with all their relocating ....stuff!....she charges $100 per day......what do you think....could I get by without this service .....or do you recommend I take it up????......as a single woman with a teenage daughter I am rather vunerable aren't I?? I would welcome your opinions.......

You can get a lawyer for that price who is Dominican..Not some ladies from the Netherlands....Use common sense here....

If you've read everything on this board, including archives, about relocating then come back with any questions you may still have outstanding, you could just end up knowing more than the relocation service.........
Yes you can get by without a relocation service.
You are only vulnerable if you make yourself so. You weren't vulnerable in UK were you? Apply normal street smarts & you'll be fine. I'm in Puerto Plata also and a Brit. Happy to meet up when you get here. If you meet a sankie on the Cosita Rica beach nursing 2 bent out of shape fingers...........:laugh: :laugh:
