I'm eating a toasted *real* onion bagel with Philly Veggie cream cheese and smoked salmon....damn it's good - all smuggled (LOL) in from the states. Bagels n more in SD has the best bagels Ive tasted in the DR, they taste like a real NY bagel. Nacional in Santiago has Lenders frozen bagels for about 120 pesos a bag. Lenders are NOT very authentic - Ive eaten them all my life...but they're better than most alternatives...
