Ignore the naysayers. The fact is that Indian and Dominican culture are very similar, aside from some minor differences in language, religion, and cuisine. Both cultures are fond of loud music, for one thing. Let your mantra be: Amor Vincit Omnia.

A couple of questions, though. Do you have any problem if she and her family all call you "Indio" and don't bother to learn your name? (This actually could work to your advantage if you find you have to leave suddenly).

Also, do you know whether she has any children, and, if so, how many? Or has she confided that she has been saving herself for you?

So please tell me what should i do? i want to get married to her.

Take a flight and see the cuontry for yourself. If you are so naive that you are quick to get taken by a Dominican hunting for marriage proposals on the internet, and you are coming all the way from India, you must have more money than sense.

The reason why posters are asking quesions about what this woman does for a living is simple-if she is an internet desperado from a poor family, that means she'll marry the first guy who seems like a decent enough catch. That's when the roller coaster begins. The internet culture for Dominicans seeking mates is strong, and they do it for one reason only-to get out of the country. And you say she's 34? Even more conniving and desperate.

If you cannot comprehend this, no one can help you.

I know guys, even Dominicans, who vsit their country for the first time in years and don't know squat about any of this, and they get taken, too. And it doesn't matter what you tell them, they never listen. If you're that tyope, bon voyage. I cannot fathom living in India and not being able to find a suitable mate who is younger, better looking, and just as desperate to marry anyone who can get her out of poverty.

No offense, but this story seems unbelievable.

Kittu no way if he can use a Dominican girl to get something he wants and she gets a bad deal. I am 100% for that.
trick her lie to her tell her everything she wants to here. I want to see the other team win one for a change.
Trust me when i say there are sankie's in India too. Especially in states like Kerala, Tamil nadu and towards Bihar, Punjab. Guys just make believe foreign girls about love in order to get a European or american passport.

It is completely true that India and Dominican Republic have a lot of similarities. But we indians have these misleading bollywood love stories where nothing is impossible. Far from reality! So once a girl looks at you and smiles then the boy goes gaga and will even try to swim across the ocean without thinking twice if it's humanly possible or not.
Everyone calls me Hindu or Indio here too :)

Sir i am 33 and she is 34.

Most important, you do not want to leave a developed country for an underdeveloped country except for certain parts of DR, unless untill you have some money saved behind you and you want to relax and enjoy the beaches.Does she speak English?Education? Which part of the country is she from?

greydread, very poignant, but I wish I could unsee your post. On the other hand, maybe her age was a typo, and shes really 24 years old, not 34. Could happen, right?

Beautiful..........................

See here's the thing. If a Guy is busy looking for a Woman his age on the internet, it's detracting from valuable face time that he could be spending interfacing with Women his own age in real time/ real space. It's just not logical whereas if he were looking for some young Hotties to sew wild oats with....that would be logical.

This is....
