Not intrusive at all. Especially if you believe women are there to be traded in and out like products. Those women who allow men treat them like such, most owners don't want on their property .

Do you own or lease in Ininiti Blu, or just a poster on this thread?
Both my wife and novia are VERY close friends, and are fully open about our relationship.
MANY of the owners in Infiniti Blu break the "rules" daily, so the rules are enforced randomly.

Just a poster on this tread. Do you own or rent in I.B.? So which female gets swapped ( for a new female) out in your fully open relationship?
Both Dominican?

I have a friend that lives there. He is living with both his wife of many years and his novia. I guess he registered both. :)

Hawaii is an example of genuine free public beach access. Anyone may cross private property at any time to go to the beach. The most exclusive hotels on the island will have families trooping thru the lobbies to go to the beach. That is free public access. The 60 foot rule is b.s. designed to appear as free public access which it is most certainly not. The rich do not like the see the dirty poor walking past. The rich should not own the ocean but in the DR they do via stopping public access. Ii do not like it but that is the reality and it is not changing anytime soon. Just dont pee on my shoes and tell me it is raining. There is not public beach access in the DR.

I don't think that's entirely correct. I believe there are Right-of-Ways that can't be restricted by a homeowner. But you can't just wander thru somebody's yard anywhere you want.

The rules at Infiniti Blu in the beginning were probably made for security. They simply want to know who, other than owners, is on the property. This might be important if there is some kind of incident. (I don't live there, so I don't know, but we have something similar where I live, not as intrusive though.)

It seems simple, just register your guest when you arrive. Do they turn people away based on their occupation? (Sorry, you are a car mechanic, we don't want you on the property : )

A street rat is hardly a car mechanic son!

Many fancy co-ops/condos in NYC will not let a contractor in the elevator unless he can demonstrate $1mm in insurance, while a well dressed escort is welcomed into the building and announced to her suitor. Go figure!

Seems like the price of rentals in this place has really gone up. Is there any other place in Sosua that is comparable or is this place in a class by itself?

Infiniti is first class. Ocean view, nice eating establishments on the premises, good security, great staff, etc. Neptune is not in the same league. They have no security, very small staff, and most apartments have no view.

Just saw your post. Regarding security, we are gated, only residents have the access code, and we have armed watchman on duty from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. Yes, staff is small, but we only have 18 units. We don't need an army for a small condo.

Neptune is a good alternative. Small, quiet, security, good location, much better price.

Ken by the way how is Scott doing if you know?

He is doing amazingly well. Don't be surprised if you see him in town.

Yes. To the left of the parking lot by sosua by the sea they had to make an entrance to give the public access.

To avoid any misunderstanding, we didnt so much have to as we wanted to. Many during that time chose not to provide such access, public access laws notwithstanding and didnt have any problems. Public access was a planned part of the build for us.

Cheers!
