For now, problem solved. Our maintenance man jumped the battery again. He said the problem was the memory card in the switch between automatic functioning and manual. He eliminated that switch to have the memory card changed in Moca. Until we get that back, the system is operating like traditional back up batteries. We are on street power and when that cuts, the battery kicks in until the street power returns.

It seems to be working correctly in this manner. And hopefully, when the switch is returned with a new card, it will function between the panels as the first line of power, and the street power to charge the battery when there is no sun and the battery charge is below a certain point.

Keeping my fingers crossed and trying to think positive.
