I was wondering about i phones. what have your current experiences been? Who sells them in the Cabarete area? What is the price? How does activation and services work in the RD? Is it an option to purchase an i phone in Canada ? How does that work ,bringing it to the Rd ,is it compatable and how easy is it to obtain service?

I am really looking for some information i was looking on the orange/claro sites but i cannot understand them, I am wondering about purchasing a phone , and what my options are . Should i buy one in Canada ,and bring it to the RD , then set it up with service ? Or should i purchase the phone in the RD? I know there is alot of info on this topic ,but i would really like some help ,I am having trouble understanding the process, If anyone can help me please feel free to message or answer here.
