Is Hotel Playa Esmeralda in Guayacanes still open?

I emailed them today fr a reservation and the email bounced back. Have they closed (I hope not, I love that place) or maybe a new email address? thanks

They're in the midst of renovating and were supposed to inaugurate last December the 20th but it was postponed till next month. Don't know whether they're going to make that deadline though.

Thanks for your reply. I tried a different email and did get a response. Will be curious to see if their renovations will justify their new higher rates.
