I know of a number of Dominicans guys, both young and old that have died in the act, due to the combination of booze and viagra. My wife's 56 year old cousin just married a twenty year old sweetheart. I am sure he needs La Pela just to keep up to her. Three of his daughters are older than her.

A Dominican retirement home is under investigation for issuing viagra to elderly males ...their excuse is it cut their fractures in home by 90%...they won’t roll off the bed to get hurt! ;)

there are reports that power spring was causing several cardiac scares. nobody seems to know what's in it, though it is purportedly ginseng..

The FDA removed it in America because it contains Viagra. It's a mixture of ginseng and Viagra but man I love that stuff. Now I just go to Chinatown to get it

you can get anything in Chinatown. i just worry about what is in the bottle.

You can purchase a box of 6 Power Spring XXX for $500DOP in Chinatown and some colmados...it is not recommended that you drink Brugal Extra Viejo concurrently unless you've done some endurance training and have strong lower-back and abdominal muscles...
