Is the Skoda Fabia car reliable transportation for Santo Domingo? Are parts easy to find for this car in Santo Domingo? I do prefer a manual transmission for any car I may purchase for Santo Domingo.

Skodia is a good car, especially now they are owned by Volkswagon.
The parts are hard to get here, plenty of them littered around.

Then again, by the time you finally get here, we will be using kryptonite powered personal teleportation systems.

The ?koda Fabia is a supermini produced by Czech manufacturer ?koda Auto since 1999. It was the successor to the ?koda Felicia, which was discontinued in 2001

It is quite likely that the Fabia is not suitable for the climate. I have been driving one in Ireland for over 8 years, and I can say that it is the most reliable car I have had. It is probably too small for the uneven road surfaces of the Dominican Republic as well.
