Is there a top notch Chinese Restraunt in Santiago

You obviously have never been to Superico. This I would bet high on my friend. Tell me you have been there please.

i've been there maybe 20 times. and every time i've been there, the place is virtually empty. i have no idea how they manage to stay open.

still, while its decent chinese food for the DR, its not great IMHO.

Many thanks for this heads up! I am married to a Chinese from Hong Kong and remember the time we visited our relatives in Santiago in 1991, our meal at El PEZ DORADO was a BIG disappointment. I visit regularly the country, so will keep this restaurant in mind for the next I am in town or bring him back to Santiago. Thanks.

Superico is definitely a HOME RUN for chinese food!! Great food, service!
