Well guys lets put it out their.. as a call center onwer.. the only agents that we have had in the last 3 years doing over 30,000rd per month where top sales people and that was under 10% of staff. Now our administrative are in that range... so if you can a supervisor/shift manager position you might hit a starting base of 20-30krd pending on your skills and the size of the project.. for out bound sales rep business to business pay is about 110-120 plus commissions and good ones average about 140rd per hour but once again only a hand full...
