Best artist overall from the island for sure. He changed Bachata (it was Chopo music before he changed arrangements to it) and made it sweet, elegant and popular at the highest levels, in fact; Bachata its what it is today, thanks to him. He has given DR a proud name with his boundless talent for sure.
