Julio Valdez, Dominican that lives in New York City, receives the Gran Premio de Bienal (Bienal Grand Prize) of the XXX Bienal de Artes Visuales (XXX Visual Arts Biennal) which took place in the Museo de Arte Moderno (Modern Art Museum) in Santo Domingo.
