What price would you expect to pay for a Dominican builder and his workers to knock down and remove same from the property?

I don't know pricing but I imagine one needs to know: Re-build in block? Stone? Can they use an existing footing? What finish does the wall need? Stucco? Just paint?

Simple!

Get three quotes and stick to the one in the middle. The lowest one is going to be a sh*tty work. The highest one is ripping you off, and the middle one is the honest amount that should be charged for the job.

Block type and size do matter on wall cost.

You're quite right, sorry! I'm ignorant to these types of considerations. It will be built again in block, I presume with new footings as they are damaged in certain parts. It will be painted only

Well, it's not that simple to my mind. As soon as people walk into my property I see money in their eyes !!!!

Let me ask first: you speak spanish or you have dom. family?
When not, ask your neighbours if they know some guys who do this work. It's better you look for only one maestro who do all the work you want to do.
For your pool that is a small one, it's better to put tiles on the walls and botton, so you don't have to paint it anymore. Go to the Ferreterias and look for tiles that in offer, like the small white in dimension 20 x 20 cm, often you get them for less then 250 Pesos the square meter.
For your tiles in your house the prices for embarrassed them begans with 300 Pesos the square meter. To put the old ones out they do it in one day, so fix a price for that work, sure they do this work with two or three people, so I think 6 k Pesos are the way.
Knock down your wall of 27 meters is more work and will cost a lot more. What's the reason for your decision?
Walls outside the house normaly will build up with blocks of 6" , the price for glue one block is about 20 to 30 pesos, so for your wall you need about 650 Blocks, do the math. Another thing is the foundation, when this is shit, costs will rising up.
And take in mind a wall of this dimension needs about 5 columns every 5 meters, every column costs about 2000 pesos and finally need on the top a tie beam that will cost you sure another 8 k pesos.
All the prices I give above can vary, the best is your maestro makes you an offer for all the work and then we can see...

The tile mentioned above, MAKE SURE it's pool tile. If you use the 20 x 20 kitchen or bathroom tiles, the pool chemicals will destroy the tile over time.

Don't mix your three jobs together as a package. You need to spread the risk out and not get one loser messing up three jobs. Maybe you should start with the smallest job, the floor, and see how that goes?

Likewise for the adhesives and grout. Critical to say the least.

Yeah! Seen guys using tilemastic to stick back tiles on their pools! Crazy!

One more thing to be mindful of when doing the tiles, is to apply a nice bead of urethane to the crown line. It helps keep water from seeping behind the grouted tiles and eventually dislodge them.
