Call Fedex International number in the US.
Ask to be transferred to "INTERNATIONAL CAT"
(yes, like international cat--animal)
CAT stands for Customer Advocate Team. There are several CAT's, international one is based out of New Jersey.
So just tell the rep who answers the phone to put you through to international cat in New Jersey. Fedex Int. phone is 1-800-2474747 (you may need to dial 1-880xxx). You can dial free via Skype. Do NOT dial fedex local or toll free number in DR, you will be connected to call center in Mexico.
You will be talking to a person who will help you get things resolved. You will get her/his (usually her) phone number and email address. They will follow up things through on your behalf.
I will PM you with the phone number and email address of Fedex operations manager (1st in command) and of 2nd in command.
