Prices are similar to Las Olas or other Metro Projects. The Sales office is located in Coral Park Tower on Boulevard in front of Hemingway Club. It is open for sales. They sold out old remodeled 3 towers of ex Metro Hotel and selling new 2 towers on the beach now.

True...in reality condo purpose-built buildings are always taller then remodeled hotels.That what is wrong with ex Playa Real Resort...2.20 m ...after demolition will become Marbella with 3.00 m

Hi Mikey . I?v visited Costa Del Sol this morning . Some people already are moving into some apartments on lower floors . Some Upper floors apartments do not have windows yet . You can still see and hear people working inside. The beach is clean , pool area is ready , few families were on the beach and pool area .From what i hear starting this month they will give apartments to the owners one by one up to the end of this year.

I see more people moving every week . It is not a hotel , so will not be a lot of people there ... just owners , some guests , metro country club clients ... the beach become exlusive .

Group Metro is planing to build a new marina in Villas Del Mar area (?) Any info ? The old marina was sold to Hemingway Club and is a restaurante now.

Hey mikey! Good news for Juan Dolio . That is right of a new golf course . Metro Group will anounce by spring 2007 the construction of a new project in Juan Dolio : Costa Blanca - Golf , Marina and Condominiums . Will be located just few miles outside Villas Del Mar . After all the big projects they already have to build ... there is coming something really huge !!! Coral Park is expanding... right next to the tower cross the street. They bought 3 big lots for this new development last year and already started to build...Will be using Club Hemingway beach club.
