Legitimacy of where Barbecue says he wants to invade the DR?

A question still revolves around the legitimacy of this supposed video of Jimmy Barbecue. Anyone can give any assertions to this? I personally still have doubts on its legitimacy, though not 100% given how realistic it looks.

Though he is speaking in Haitian Creole, a translation to Spanish is done. Though other gang leaders have said they have in their plans invading the DR to liberate their “Haitian brothers,” in this video it would be the first time Jimmy Barbecue revealed the same goal. If this is true, the writing is on the wall and the clock is ticking.

If he is a believer of Voodoo, like most Haitians are, then the only thing that would stop him from attempting to invade the DR would be a Dominican that they see as “possessed by a loa.” That‘s one of the few reasons a Haitian would avoid someone and even move out of the way without the person ever saying something to them. That was the reason Haitians began to fear Pedro Santana. Otherwise, I don’t think even the Dominican army is enough to stop him from trying.

I wish I were. Don't you think the other gangs would like to off him?
To imply this little bug "Mr. Barbecue" has anything close to the level of protection that Putin has is preposterous. Uncle Sam could make a call at breakfast and by lunch time this guy would be toast. Same can not be said for Putin..
not even close.

Dominicans will be possessed by these loases "Duarte, Sanchez, Mella, Trujillo and Gregorio Luperon" just waiting for them. LMAO, come and take it.
A little known fact:

Some time afterwards (many years after) it was renamed for obvious reason, but is he the only Dominican that had an avenue named after him in Haiti’s capital?

The USA doesn't care about BBQ. So he has nothing to worry about from them, does he?

If he isn't well protected, why is he still alive? I suspect the DR would like him dead, no?

well, well, well.... i would not have to much Faith in the Dominican Air force or Army in General.
All the Soldiers stationed in remote Post have to organize their Food Supply almost by them self.
They can't even manage basic Logistics.
Imagine Policia Nacional in different Clothing and than you get the Dominican Army.

You basically do not have a clue. Below is just a quick summary

U.S.–Dominican Republic Military Cooperation

  • Military Training Agreement: In 2015, the Dominican Republic and the United States signed an agreement to strengthen military cooperation. This pact facilitates joint training exercises, particularly focused on combating transnational criminal organizations. It also outlines the framework for U.S. personnel's involvement in training, humanitarian efforts, and other mutually agreed activities within the Dominican Republic.
  • Beyond the Horizon Exercises: The U.S. Army South has conducted "Beyond the Horizon" exercises in the Dominican Republic, such as the 2014 mission in Barahona. These exercises involve deploying U.S. military engineers and medical professionals to provide services to rural communities, while simultaneously offering real-world training opportunities for both U.S. and Dominican forces.
  • The Dominican Republic sent a small contingent (around 300 soldiers) as part of the U.S.-led coalition in Iraq.

I asked the same exact question.
If it were up to me I'd make an example out of him.

The DR can’t do anything in Haiti. Barbecue can stand right by the border looking at the Dominican side and unless one of his finger or toe tip crosses into the DR, there is nothing the DR can do. If Barbecue was to put one finger in the DR and the rest of his body remains in the Haitian side, technically only that finger tip could be chopped off.

I guess if an executive order was given that declares him the #1 enemy of the DR, prohibited him and anyone member of any organization he leads from entering the DR and any of them will be shot if they does so might be able to be done. Technically, while most of his body remains in Haiti, Dominican law enforcers and/or military are in the obligation of shooting him the moment a tip of his finger enters the DR.

Given he is also not liked by the Haitian government, they might turn a blind eye if the DR does what they haven‘t been able to do since the gangs mess started. But a part of him needs to be in the DR, otherwise that is Dominicans reacting to Haiti or a Haitian completely in Haiti and that is a no no.

$10,000 REWARD.
WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE.
He wouldn't last a month on the streets of Haiti. Problem solved.
