I don't think a Dominican company would hire a foreigner, who has not lived here, as Human Resources manager. You need to know the local culture, ethics, and laws for this option. Especially the laws, because so many workers now sue their former employers. Even when you pay liquidation they can sue you for false termination, mental anguish (if you accuse them of stealing for example), etc etc etc
