For Housekeepers etc...monthly salary. divided by 12... multiplied by number of months worked in year 2003....ex.. 1200 month divided by 12. =100....X 12 =1200.....One Months Pay..Navidad... hence the term they use of waiting for the Double Double if they worked a full year.... Cheers. M.

INstead of using a formula, just add up the total salaries paid to the maid over the course of the year and divide that by 12. Easy!
Thats the x-mas bonus ;you should pay.

Mine gets 1000 pesos per week (which seems to be the going rate around here).
