The Assistant Attorney General for the Electricity System (PGASE) Moises Ferrer said that Soriano was convicted under the General Electricity Law to pay RD$593,951 for making illegal connections to the grid.
The SCJ judges, Miriam German Brito, Esther Angelan Casanova, Alejandro Moscoso Segarra, Frank Soto and Hiroito Reyes, agreed with the evidence provided and ratified the sentence.
