Many criminals on the run in the DR

That is a good story....everyone should be given a second chance...

Unfortunately some of them choose a second chance at committing more crimes.

There is a program in DR where criminals who are deported from abroad are met at the airport by
officials and taken to a center for rehabilitation.Upon completion of the program they try to find job for the offenders.

But offenders who continue a life of crime, you can bet ,will be taken care of by the NP.They will
shoot them on the spot.

Many Dominican jobs, not the lower level service jobs do a quasi background check. Not like the U.S where it is getting extremely difficult to find good employment without a clean record and urinalyses. It is and will be more prevalent here for larger employers. The best reference and judge of character is work history or lack thereof.
