marbete renovation starts on the 1st of october 2015

They are stood outside the Police station in LT pulling over everyone who hasn't got one.
Sat watching them and it was a pretty efficient operation. Stop, look in windscreen (or windshield), Mabarete OK, wave on. Not OK, send them into the Police station car park.

Great News!!! I hope they detain around 50,000 more and hold them for a year or 2. (I got mine).
