My house person did it and I saw the date....

What ??? Last year's date ??

This year should read 2010......... right ??
Or will it be 2011 for all next year?/

On Monday, the same young man as last year showed up with my new "matricula" and I had to give him a photocopy of my c?dula as well as the photocopy of the vehicle's registration. Simple. And yes, it says 2011.

All is well at HB's house.

The good news I want heard is that people won't be allowed to renew La placa (registration) if vehicle title is not in thier name lol...
There are two cars still on my name on the roads of DR, I can see it when I put the license plate number in the DGII website.

Well, it is not that simple!
For the second time now they refuse to renew mine..because where it says Cedula/RNC on the matricula it has "my" RNC number which is not on my cedula. Car is in my name but they refuse to give the marbete!!!!
Solve that one!

I do not have a business ID number nor a DGII RNC plastic card; never had!
There are 2 cars on my name with this RNC number on the matricula but with my name.
To "correct" the matricula they want money ofcourse while they made the error in the beginning.
Probably when you don't have a residencia and buy a car they "invent" this RNC-number; that probably happened.
But....I'll get "around it" don't worry!
In this country there is always something going on; never a dull moment where everything is ok...

Ok, so my eyesight is ok.

Checked the RNC-number and it is mine but no business-name or Categoria, just Regimen de Pago Normal and Estatus Activo.

I printed this and go there again, let's see.
