Of course the heart of the matter is this is just a smoke screen for buscones to selfishly administer roids. Is anyone really surpised that the three tenants of Dominican society- greed, corruption and dishonesty- have crossed over into baseball?? Now it makes sense why so many Domincans have tested for roids vs. Puerto Ricans, who are at a much lower level for positive drug tests
