Aguajero- Is a person who always says that he's doing something but never does it.

Also, someone who is always promising something, but doesn't deliver what he promised.
Examples, I?ll take out to dinner tomorrow, I am going to help paint, or I?ll go get the mail for you etc?. but it never happens.

sin educacion - uneducated
?Sin educaci?n? or ?mal educado/a? has to be the insult most used by Dominicans. It implies that the person lacks moral principles;that he/she has been poorly brought up. It has nothing to do with academic education.

I know that actually, but my translated term in English somehow reverted to a direct translation - funny how that happens sometimes. :surprised Thanks for the clarification.

But of course prima. What I'm saying is that I understand that "sin educacion" means without manners but that my direct translation to English was incorrect because I was thinking in Spanish.
Bultero is sorta like a wannabe or a try hard. For instance, someone who lives in a shack, and carries an i-Phone is a bultero, because he's trying to portray that he's richer than he is. Or people who will go to a concert of music they don't know, or don't like just to be part of the crowd would be a "bultero". Bulto means mulk, so they are bulkers. hehe. Or a guy who drives a car that is worth more than his house could be considered a bultero.

A lo focker - not an insult but a way to describe someone doing something whithout shame or scruples. "Comio todo mi comida, asi a lo focker". I know it sounds like the F word, derrived from the f word, but generally considered mild in its use.
